Day 8 Picture a Day in May- A scent you adore

There are so many things that smell great to me, but I think one of my all-time favorites has to be vanilla.  I love anything vanilla scented.  It just smells so homey and yummy.

A picture of someone who inspires you.  My kids inspire me everyday.  Some days it's in good ways like they inspire me to be more creative and have fun.  Other days, they inspire me to try to be more kind, have more patience, or not yell so much.

Day 6 Picture a Day in May = YOU

As I said in a prior post, I like to run.  These are my numbers from some of the 5K races I've run.  I ran 6 race last year and I've run in 2 races this year so far with at least 3 more planned,oe of which will be a 10K race on the 24th of July.  Did I mention I like to run?

I was having problems getting my computer to cooperate last night so here is Picture 5 for Picture a Day in May from yesterday.  The theme was 'bird'.

I had a really hard time getting a picture of a bird and so I thought this was the next best thing.

Day 4 of A Picture a Day for May.  Today's subject was 'fun'.

Sorry it's another pair of shoes, but I went running this morning and I think running is FUN!

Day 3 of my picture a day posts was "something you wore today".  It was nice enough today that I could wear my favorite kind of shoes... flip flops!  So here are the one's I wore today.

These are so old!  I really need some new ones.

One of my friends on Facebook posted an awesome list the other day and I thought I would try it out.




I've taken the pictures for the first two days and here they are:

Day 1 was peace.  I can't think of anything quite as peaceful as sitting on my front porch either watching my kids play in the front yard or just reading a book.

Day 2 was skyline.  This is a picture of the "skyline" of my house.  Beautiful.
